If i ever bought one, you dang right i'd hunt with it, nothing lays around this farm, you can work the hell outta something and still take good care of it. Although i do realize collector value would be affected, but thats ok, i'm no collector Gunner

You can always load a .270 down 150 fps or so--which turns it into a 7x57....

A person who sells me a few guns is at the show this week, phoned me up yesterday and conned me into put my name down for a fancy wood one. Hopefully find its way across the border within the next year or so. Don't know what I'll do with it or why I bought it.
Don't think Jack would be to impressed with the 'MOA' trigger, let alone the signatured trigger guard.

I'll hunt it for sure; everything in my rack hits the field.
Question on other calibers - esp. 7x57 - is directly in relation to how well these first rifles sell. First traunch of orders appear to look pretty good, so fingers crossed.
