There sure are a lot of great movies out there. A few of my personal favorites are Jeramiah Johnson and Fort Ticonderoga

It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World.
The Mouse That Roared.
Those Magnificent Men In Their Flying Machines.
Mad Mad World had virtually ALL the comedians of the day in it. Mouse was a cold war classic, and Peter Sellars played multiple roles...If you decide to watch them, it should be noted that Mad Mad World and Magnificent Men are REALLY long -even by the standards of the day. Nobody has the patience to sit through them anymore.

Several come to mind... here's my 10 best movie choices, but not necessarily in this order:

1) Patton (George C. Scott, Karl Malden)
2) The Godfather I (the original one w/ Marlon Brando as the Godfather, Al Pacino, James Caan)
3) Gone With The Wind (Clark Gable, Vivian Leigh)
4) The Wizard of Oz (Judy Garland, Frank Morgan, Ray Bolger, Bert Lahr, Jack Haley, Billie Burke, Margaret Hamilton)
5) Rebel Without A Cause (James Dean, Natalie Wood)
6) The Longest Day (Many big stars including John Wayne)
7) High Noon (Gary Cooper, Grace Kelly)
8) On Golden Pond (Henry Fonda, Katharine Hepburn, Jane Fonda)
9) The Caine Mutiny (Humphrey Bogart, Van Johnson. Fred MacMurray)
10)Casablanca (Humphrey Bogart, Ingrid Bergman, Claude Rains, Paul Henreid, Dooley Wilson as "Sam", the piano player)

Strength & Honor...

Harlem Rides The Range

A 1939 cowboy movie in pretty much the same style of many B/W westerns of that era except the entire cast of characters are all portrayed by black actors.

Internet Archive has a considerable number of old movies that are public domain.

The collection of taxes which are not absolutely required, which do not beyond reasonable doubt contribute to public welfare, is only a species of legalized larceny. Under this Republic the rewards of industry belong to those who earn them. Coolidge
