I'll PIF with a box of 450+ once-fired 16-gauge shotshell hulls. These hulls were sitting in my Dad's reloading room for the past 15 years or so. Most of them are the good, green Remington Power Piston hulls with 8-pt crimp. I've reloaded the 12 ga and 20 ga version of these hulls quite a few times and like them second only to AA, RXP, and Fed Champion hulls. Maybe 10 to 20% are Winchester and Federal hulls with 6-pt crimp. I picked through and threw away the ones that were very obviously unusable, but there might still be a few in there that will have to be culled, the amount depending on how much of a perfectionist you are. I'll pay the shipping to your door in the lower 48 and split it with ya in AK or HI.
Bring enough gun and know how to use it.

I'm not that worried about it, I guess. I've only had that happen one time. I claimed an item, and posted a PIF and the guy I claimed the item off of refused to send me the stuff b/c he claimed he never rec'd the item he had claimed. Ticked me off a bit, but it wasn't that big of a deal. At most I was out a few buck for shipping on the item I PIF'd. 'Can't complain, as I've posted a couple items that never got picked up. It's all good in the end. Not that big a deal really.
I was always under the impression that you offer something before claiming something. That's what I've usually done, found an item I didn't need and offer it here. Rereading the first post there is mention of claiming an item if you have nothing currently posted for offer and then offering something else in the same post.
I'm usually ahead in having sent out an item. Then if I see something I want I claim it. I find something else around here, I offer it.
The spirit of the original idea has gotten lost...
"As I understand the pay it forward concept you post a list of items you possess that have limited usefulness but you can't bring yourself to throw away. If someone can use one of your items they post in the thread claiming "dibs" and PM you with forwarding information. No money changes hands; the member offering the item is responsible for shipping it. I would like to see fair use of the thread, so if you claim "dibs" and don't have any offers posted please include an item to be offered in your "dibs" post."
In the spirit of things... two samples of broadheads, one head per pack, a Grizz Trick and a Razor Trick, shipped together.

I really like the PIF concept, works for all if done right. Never really worried to much about it, think I am at least one PIF forward right now. If I see something that I can really use I go for it. Always something on the bench that I don't use that is to go good to toss.
I'll take it per our PM and my PIF will be a set of new in package TC 1" Gorilla scope mounts item # 7420.

Okay, have read Bowhunting Mega Buck by Michael Hanback. Anyone like to brush up on whitetail reading?
Also, have two boxes of .224 bullets. One is Sierra 50 grain spitzer blitz medium velocity and the other is Midway dogtown bullets 50 grain hollowpoint. Will ship together.
Let me know who wants either the book or the bullets.
Seems we constantly hear about how Social Security is going to run out of money but we never hear about welfare or food stamps running out of money. What's interesting is the first group WORKED for their money but the other group didn't.
my pif for the bullets is an H.S.Strut black magic turkey call and I'll even give you an acrylic striker with it.
