anyone know a decent stock fitter in the Houston area. I have a new to me beretta 686 white onyx Sporting, seems like the stock might be a touch short.
I am planning on adding a little shim to increase the LOP and see it that also fixes the trigger LOP since it is also blistering my pull finger. any recommendations on a trigger shoe to do that otherwise?

I would think American Shooting Center has someone there that could fit you up. I don't personally know of anyone in that area, but would give them a call.

Thanks, I've been there a couple of times, for the rifle range, never thought about asking the shotgunners.

I just remembered a guy I think he is in Katy TX Jim Feland is his name. Might try looking him up on Google or in the phone book. I have never used him so its not a recommendation, just someone that I have heard of in your area.

I googled him up. Seems like he has been around and knows his stuff. I will still call the people at ASC and see if there is one closer, since Feland moved to Cypress, TX. I will measure the stock and fit on another O/U that i have in Peru (leaving later this week!). Though a Baikal O/U it does fit better and it will give me an idea.
