You guys are killin me, as Karnis has the stock for my CZ 416 Rigby which WAS a porker and should come back to me looking and feeling a lot more like something from John Rigby's shop about 100 years ago. I am amped UP about this one. The stock was one that I bought directly from CZ and paid extra for select grade wood so it has some decent figure and color to it. In addition to the slimming and re-shaping, the Karnis Majic should make that color and figure just pop. Already thinking about what adventure awaits that gun and me in the future.......

Nice 9.3 Travis. Can't wait to get mine done. I might just need Karnis to add the crossbolts while he has my stock.

Very nice and a round top so proper mounts can be used. How did you get Ruger to sell you that rear side blade? I found something similar in a gunsmith's junkbox in Alberta as I could not get Ruger to sell me one. Should have my Karnis-tasized stock for my FN 9.3 waiting when I get home in a few weeks. Photos show it to be right as expected. Ha! They told me the same thing Tony! But I can barter with a gypsy if need be. In the end, it was in the mail. Fits that rear base perfecto too! This 77 was built in 77. Travis

That's pretty freakin sweet. Ya definitely made the right call over the 338-06, that rifle just looks like a mm x sumptin.
Now ya gotta shoot a big azz meat creature with it.

Dood you can live anywhere. Not sure how old you are but if you have a chance to go to Ah-free-gah, then go. Missed my boat some years ago.

But I want to rent my current home out, and interest rates are hovering at the 0% mark... We'll see. Hopefully the irresponsible side of me prevails. It usually does. Travis

Travis,
Excellent! You definitely made the right choice in 9.3x62, especially with Africa on your itinerary.

This 77 was built in 77. Travis Bastid. After numerous calls I got one person willing to sell if I gave her the serial number of the gun which, of course, I didn't own. I went to the local shops with pen and pad but, alas, none had a rifle.

That sucks! That is so bizarre it is even on the "don't sell" parts list.

You can get the new house later... Besides, don't you have some buffler's in your next of the woods that need shot? You know the hairy ones!
