Time to thin out things a bit.
First I have a VZ24 with a charles daly matte 30-06 sporter weight barrel. The barrel came off a brand new, never shot CD that I bought just for the action. Had the CD made into a 336-06AI and then had the 'smith inatall and set up the 30-06 barrel on the VZ24. Bold side safety trigger, leupold 2 piece rings and bases, Burris FFII 3x9 matte scope, fn style shroud, synthetic stock that was painted tan with black webbing. Shoots 5 shot 100yd groups under an inch. $500 + shipping
Next one is a 96 7x57. It sits in a Richards laminate frontier sporter stock, timney trigger, 2 piece weaver sytyle bases, with one of the new Redfields 3x9 scopes. It has an aftermarket step barrel - not sure of the maker - with a very sharp and shiny bore. Will shoot 5 shoot 100yd groups 1.25". The stock was for a MCR action but was modified to fit the 96. The barrel channel was epoxy filled with black dyed epoxy to conform with the step barrel, and then free-floated Beautiful, lightweigh, accurate gun. $495 + shipping
Last one is a Santa Barbara 338 win mag, boyds laminate stock, timney trigger, leupold 2 piece bases. This is another gun that will shoot under an inch at 100 yards. No scope. $450 + shipping
