Has anyone shot much of the Hornady Magnum ammo or the Federal High Energy ammo through a chronograph? Does it live up to it's advertising? I would like to up my velocity on some .308 loads and I'm curious to see if this stuff really performs. Would it be possible to pull the bullets and reseat a different type bullet of the same weight. The Hornady stuff is a little less expensive but that is probably explained by the type of bullets they are using.
