I'd just about as soon pay for a billboard that says
NO MORE CORRUPT PRESIDENTS
on either side of the border
they're more dangerous than the weapons, it's just a slower death and they kill their respective countries along with their citizens

Does anyone know where these greenback 'WMDs' end up? I'm assuming they end back in circulation here? A lot of it winds up in Felipe's pocket and those close to him would be my guess.
