Hello to you all. I am sort of new. New because I registered today, but I have been here on my friends dime observing for some while. I want to take this opportunity to say hello and introduce myself. I have a Savage or 2 and I am thoroughly intrigued by their beauty, simplicity and craftsmanship. I particularly like the older models as I view them to be way before their time from an engineering point of view.
I will enjoy the robust debate I have watched from my comrade's former posts. Cheers!

Who is Larry? He has had his share of detractors I gather? My friend no longer "comes" around much. I would just as soon leave him and his "feelings" out of this conversation. I am here on my own accord and would like to be a productive member. My "friend" shall just "fade" away, but thanks for the inquiry!
