WTB 2005-2006 Toyota Tundra Double Cab 4x4
Leather preferred, low miles preferred. Good maintenance a must.
I'm willing to travel, let me know if you have one or know of one for sale.
Thanks!

I had a 2000 Access Cab and a 2007 Double Cab, both loaded and the 2000 model Tundra was FAR superior to my 07 in every catagory. It was just a better built truck. I have been looking over on TS but their search function sucks

I looked at a White 05 the other day. Was a bit heavy on price and on miles so I took a pass.
2 bad, it's color was in the only color there is for a truck. (White)
Bump^^^^^^^^for one of the good guys

I looked long and hard for same. I ended up with a 2008 and like it. I am not sure it is a better hammer, but it was what fit my criteria.
Good luck!

I just went through this process myself. I purchased in Auguust of last year a four full door, 2005 TRD, with bells and whistles in the other good truck color Dober, to hide the pinstripes - silver...grin. I wanted the older truck style as well so a 2006 was the newest I was looking for.
I bought it from autotrader from Illinois as the market in AZ for Toyota's are insane. I saved approximately 3K after shipping and likely got a truck with much less wear and tear. It had 116K on it when I bought it for $15,900. I bought it sight unseen but they took about 300 photos for me and I made them go through a bunch of other stuff to make sure I didn't get any surprises. I didn't.
I get 19 MPG highway at 2K RPM's and about 16 in mixed driving. I put some Falken Rocky Mountains on it and I've been pleased with these tires as well.
I've put 22K in it in 6 months and it is without a doubt the best truck I've ever owned.

Got a 2005 Limited charcoal grey, brown leather, 4x4. Only 200,000. Traded a '03 SR5 with 278,000 for it. Think maybe the'03 was the better truck.
