I recently purchased a Weaver K6 for my 7mm08 Kimber Montana and took it out to the range today to sight it in before a trip next weekend.

I am very impressed! Super bright and clear (to my eyes at least) and the magnification seems just right - not too much at 50m (I thought it possibly would be) and just fine at 200m.

Three shot groups at 100m were well under 1 inch and at 200m opened up to 2.2 inches which was ok given the wind was starting to get gusty. Can't wait to get it out into the field!

I stuck a K6 on my Kimber .243 when I got home with it, just to try it out.

Still on there. I ordered a FX II 6x36 and after comparing, I decided it wasn't worth re-sighting.

The K6 is a good solid scope. At a great price.

I have a couple of the new K6's, if they came with dotz like the 6x36 Leo does I'd not be buying the Leo...

Great scope, especially when one considers the cheddar.

Glad to hear you like the K6 on the Kimber. Been thinking of putting it on my Montana 223.
