Has anyone done a build on a series 2 model yet?
I have a McMillan long action and can't get an answer from McMillan or anyone else on weather or not the new model will fit a stock inletted for an older model vanguard or Howa.

Thanks

Well, we just don't know if there is any difference in the action or bottom metal on a "Series 2" and the old standard because we have never had a "Series 2" in our shop. Simple solution is just send yours in to us. then if there is a difference we will write a new CNC program for the Series 2 and it won't be a problem any more.

Already have an older model McMillan and don't want to buy a rifle that won't fit in it.
I guess for the money I oughta go ahead and buy one and send it in. Haven't seen either of the calibers I'm really interested in on he shelves yet. 240 or 257 WBY.
I have a certificate for a free stock right now so I guess I'll keep looking for a rifle. Thanks Dick.
