New gun, getting 2 out of 10 shots shell will not fire. Leaves a mark from striker not much lighter than those that are firing. Seems it is either hanging up a bit or needs an adjustment? What should I try? Same issue with other brand ammo.
How heavy are the strikes that do fire?. Could be a weak mainspring, or grease & crud around the foring pin. Is the strike all the way to the rim?, if not the breech may be sitting low.
Strikes to the rim, thinking dirty, cleaned real good with solvent and applied light oil. Will try again this weekend. Thanks for help. Bought off a guy who never fired it. Still new.
