We had my Granddaughters Birthday party last week and I grilled burgers and dogs. When I got finished cooking I closed the vents and went about the party like everyone else. About an hour later the wife said we need more burgers. The temp on the grill was down to 200 about then. I opened the vents and I was grilling 15 minutes later. It never would have happened on my old weber charcoal grill without having to re light it.
