What is the optimal size pot? I've seen them 20 qt, 26 and 30. Also, the bargain basement ones are all aluminum. I'd rather go with stainless. The reason is ask is I have a line on a discount one, and it is all stainless, frame and all, but I think its just a 20 qt. pot.
