E-mails going out now for New Mexico draw results!!

I got a succesful on elk for 1st choice.

7:22p and no email from santa fe........ so i guess no elk tag.

What unit and what hunt?

I have a co-worker that got e-mail on successful deer draw at 4:35. Then got the same news on elk at 6:51.
Not sure why they are staggered out, but don't give up yet. I got news on deer hunt, but not elk yet. Got my fingers crossed!

My email came about 1700. Quality bull hunt. One of the guys on the app did not get an email. He did not get an email last year either.

They didn't send me an e-mail cause their going to give me a Valle Caldera tag.

Did this person get the tag and just not an email, or did he miss out on both?

Yea he got a tag. For some odd reason he never gets the email. He even checks his spam box. Two of us on the app got our emails and he never did.

Drew our third choice archery Elk. Wasn't expecting the results until after the 8th but can roll with the results. Good luck all.

Not getting the whole idea.Does it mean for the purchasing issues or in a game point of view?

In New Mexico, like a lot of states, you have to apply for hunts, rather than just buying a license over the counter. Only a certain number actually draw a permit to hunt, as determined by the state's game and fish dept.
These folk's commenting are stating that they were successful in receiving a license to hunt.

No email for me so I checked draw results on their site....no luck

I guess I'll have $1,000 back in my account

Got my first choice as follows:

"Congratulations! The New Mexico Department of Game and Fish is notifying you that you were successful in drawing a 2012 - 2013 hunting license for the following hunt code(s): ELK-1-154. Information specific to your hunt code can be found in the current 2012 - 2013 New Mexico Big Game Rules and Information booklet. The booklet can be found online at the Department website http://www.wildlife.state.nm.us. Again, congratulations and good luck on your hunt!"

The Caldera is posted and them bastids didn't get the memo that I was suppose to get a MZ bull tag. That was my last hope.

2nd year in a row for me to draw archery elk. got my first choice this year. CAN'T FLIPPING WAIT! Really wasn't expecting to draw.
