Carlos's headphones fell off twards the end of the song, and he still managed to play the outro solo despite not being able to hear the rest of the band.

Ahh yes! Carlos ranks in my top three favorite guitarists, for his overall mastery of his craft. Technically there are a number that are as good or better, but his songwriting, production and style make him my sentimental favorite. I grew up listening to Santana, and there is an unmistakable sound to his playing that I instantly recognize. Good stuff, I think I'll put in a CD. Thinking "Caravanserai" or maybe "Moonflower"
