Also a cow elk at 313, with the 280ai combo. Ahhh ? A cow elk at 700, with a 338 rum, another cow elk at 762, with a 300 rum... Nope, I am not sure I can hit anything.. How should I get it processed ? Steaks, chops, burger, etc ? Last edited by splattermatic; 05/06/12.

In tucked just under the near shoulder and out behind the off one. Stood for a bit as if not hit, then fell over. Big old bull. Mine was made into steaks, ground, smoked jalapeno/cheese sausage and a bit of breakfast sausage and it is all fantastic.

Follow the top of it to the shoulder & place it on the shoulder. African animals have their heart a little more forward than our NA critters.
