I have a LH Mauser Charles Daly in 25-06, all blue, with 24" Douglas barrel, it has a wood (not sure species) LH thumb hole stock. It is glass bedded. Has been hunted with and has pole axed deer and antelope. It has around 100 rounds down the pipe. Over all the gun is in good shape without rust or major scrapes. I can text pics, and will try to post some here later.
Looking for $400 plus shipping.

what a deal. I am not even left handed and I am thinking I should buy it!!!!! Probably costs more than $400 to buy a Douglas barrel and have it installed.

what a deal. I am not even left handed and I am thinking I should buy it!!!!! Probably costs more than $400 to buy a Douglas barrel and have it installed. According to the Douglas web site, current cost to have Douglas install and chamber a new barrel is $460 plus shipping...

Sure glad this rifle had a thumbhole stock or it would've been mine.
I almost posted an ITI several times as it was.
The Chosin Few November to December 1950, Korea.
I'm not one of the Chosin Few but no more remarkable group of Americans ever existed.

yeah, I saw this when it was very first posted and was real damn tempted but I have a 700LH with a douglas barrel, even in 25-06, on it at the smith's right now getting restocked... I just don't need it and I still struggled to say no to myself.
