Early that morning I had lost anice buck and had pretty well called it quits for the season, but after some encouragement from my brother and dad I decided to try again that evening.I got in the stand at about 3:45 at 4:00 I spotted the bucks rack about thirty yards away sticking up out of the creek. He walked away from me down the creek til he was about 50yds. away, made a scrape and rubbed a tree then, then I think he cought wind of the doe lure I had placed. He turned and started comeing strait towards me,as he walked down into a small drain I drew back,he was about 8yds. when he stopped to smell a bush I had sprayed with jackies doe lure.I held down on the buck and delivered a perfect kill shot.He ran about thirty yards and went down in a bean field.
