I have a bushnell trs-25 that's going on my AK-type rifle. I have an attero arms rail mount, and my plan was to use that in conjunction with a low QD mount for the red dot. Reality is, that'll put the optic too high.

I'd like to be able to remove the optic without tools, in order to be able to use iron sights in a pinch. Does anybody know of any companies that do custom thumb screws? Or alternatively, I could weld a piece onto the existing screw and shape/refinish it, but that seems more risky. What should I do?
