Four years ago (Hmmmm?) when he got the plates they weren't offensive, but now they are. Evidently "ICUHAJI" on a license plate is offensive to people who routinely blow themselves up hoping to kill, well, anybody it seems! One set of plates in the whole state of Virginia has the ragheads offended. The ragheads didn't even start it! The Virginia DMV unilaterally decided to violate their own policy of selling Personalized license plates. It'd be interesting to know how many of the DMV employees had to drive around in a place where ragheads use kids to help blow up American soldiers. I wonder if "Raghead" is offensive. I sure hope so. I don't get what is offensive,,, Maybe trying to relate it to "I see you Charlie" is throwing me.
