Sweet rig!!!!!!! I'm a big fan of that FFII/III for turkey hunting. Got a FFII on my 935 and I like it way better than a bead, rifle sights, or a scope/tube style red dot.

That is nice, plan to do a similar thing to my Benelli M-2 as soon as I acquire a new Speed-Bead III.

Looks good with the sight on it and the camo job turned out great.
I may not be smart but I can lift heavy objects
I have a shotgun so I have no need for a 30-06.....

Nice camo job!
I don't have any experience with red dots or their kin. That is a pretty low profile design compared to the OJ cans I remember from years ago.
Battery operated?

Battery operated? Yes, it is battery operated with a CR2032 battery. The things seem to last forever, but I've changed them after about 3 years to be on the safe side. I like the small reflex due it's low profile and very light weight. The weight of the unit and base is less than a loaded shell.
