In that slap report Weiger first said the slap was because he conceded while people were still voting. Later near the bottom she admits it was before all the votes were counted. Left wing reporter.

As Walker's victory became clear late Tuesday, Democratic National Committee chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz said her party was "not taking anything for granted, (but) if Mitt Romney thinks he's going to be the first Republican to win Wisconsin since Ronald Reagan (in 1984) ...he's got another thing coming."

Steve, thanks for the links, and the laughs. We are a non TV family (but will likely pick up a cheap one before the November Elections) so these links allowed me to see what the talking heads are saying. Those Libturds are not only UG-LEE, they are just plain hilarious! Clueless does not even BEGIN to correctly describe them.

and they feel the same way about us I don't see much of any hope when a nation is so divided politically and philosophically. course when you have 47% with no skin in the game, it makes it easier to understand why we are so divided in our philosophy when either side wins the other side feels they live under tyranny.
I'm pretty certain when we sing our anthem and mention the land of the free, the original intent didn't mean cell phones, food stamps and birth control.

2L2Q, that 47% does feel that they have skin in the game, and that's the problem. People get REALLY upset when their paychecks stop coming. The problem is that 47% get's their paychecks from the Government. To mess with the Government is to mess with them, in their minds.

The problem is that 47% get's their paychecks from the Government. To mess with the Government is to mess with them, in their minds. From the BLS: According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, government accounts for about 8% of jobs in the United States. Here's the breakdown using numbers easily accessible on the BLS website (all numbers from 2006 or 2007):
1,774,000 Federal government civilian employees, excluding Post Office 615,000 Post Office 1,172,913 Military enlisted 230,577 Military Officers 2,424,000 State government (excluding education and hospitals) 5,594,000 Local government (excluding education and hospitals) That's a total of 11,810,490 government jobs. The total number of jobs in the U.S. in 2006 was 150,600,000, so government employment makes up 7.84% of all jobs. In 2007, the U.S. population (according to the Census Bureau) was 301,621,157, so about 4% of Americans are employed by the government.
According to a study by Paul C. Light, a government professor at New York University, the Federal Government also employed 14.6 million contractors in 2006. This was an increase of 2.5 million since 2002, and the study attributes the increase directly to contractors hired as part of the war on terror. (reported in the Washington Post) Of course, those stats don't take into account the various forms of welfare the gov't doles out. From corporate to ghettos to farmers and everywhere in between...they all got their hands out.

Rachel Madcow's lack of comment or reaction is interesting and amusing. I think there is a serious crisis in faith shaking the foundations of the Democratic party in general and the labor-union cabal in particular today.

Yup. The lines are clearly drawn and you can't have 2 roosters in one hen house. More class warfare on the way.
