NULA. I'd do a 7/08 at 22", twisted correct and stick something on top with an M1 please!

Not sure how lightweight you're looking for, or what your budget is. I was looking for something lighter. I realize that Tikkas are hit or miss with most, but EuroOptics has the T3 in left hand coming in sometime in August. I ordered one in 260 Rem, advertised at 6 lbs 13 oz. I also have a rebarreled & fluted (24") a LH Model 70 in 6.5x55 that I will be putting in a McMillan Edge stock that should weigh in around the same weight.
Before ordering a high dollar rifle, I'd look over your existing stash and see if it would make more sense moneywise to add a McMillan Edge stock and possibly rebarrel.
My 0.02...

T3s are a miss for me.
My budget option: Rem 700 short action donor, mountain rifle profile barrel in 260 or 7-08, fitted into a McMillan Hunter's Edge. Around 6.5lbs with a 3-9 Swarovski Z3 or 2.5-8 VX3 in Talleys. Lots of money left over for sheep hunting guide fees (vs the NULA).
Custom option: as above, but built off a Pierce Ti action, saving you another half pound.

I had a Lh 700 in .284 Win with a fwt contour barrel and Brown Precision stock. With a 2-7x Leupold it was less than 6.5# and would be a great sheep rifle.

FWIW, a M700 short action with a mountain rifle contour barrel in a Bell & Carlson original Ti stock with Talley lightweights and a Leupold 4X scope (9 oz) weighs 6.5 pounds, this in .308. A smaller diameter chambering may add another ounce.
Switching to a bit lighter stock like a Brown Precision, Bansner or McMillan Edge all about 22-23 ounces with paint and pad) will save you another 4 to 5 ounces.
Gunnery, gunnery, gunnery. Hit the target, all else is twaddle!

There is one left handed for sale on ebay right now, but for Long Action. Try stockysstocks.com Many to choose from.
