I can see what you mean by the blood and gut photos. I have a couple pics of a trapped coon with an arrow sticking in its side, as well as a few others that I have no desire to show. I hate being nonchalant about my hunting to appease the hippies, but I also won't go out of my way to give them fuel. I replace valve cover gaskets every 50K, if they don't need them sooner...
