I'm sorry but I wish a cop would have just shot him when he was arrested. Totally justified in my book. Now the taxpayers are gonna be keeping this guy alive. 12 dead,59 wounded.
In this case, I hope century theatres is happy with there no firearm rule that keeps people safe. I see it works. I won't even go to the century up here cuz of there stance on guns ( and other business's).

The people I also feel sorry for, obviously besides the families involved, are the first reponders (EMT/Ambulance Corps) who are lots of times, volunteers.

The "suspect" is probably (or his lawyer will try to prove) a nut case and needs some threatment. I don't know whether it will work or not, but I bet an insanity defense will be tried. Yep, insane due to chemical imbalance, he needs a small chunk of high velocity lead behind his right ear to balance him up.
