Any body got favorites they want to share at wsm/ winchester mag velocities ? didn,t draw for colorado , again , so just want to use the rifle this winter and my 180 loads are over kill on 120 lb white tail . I know they will work fine , as i have used them before , just looking to tinker with 150's . Thinking might need to stay with ptns, or accubonds , and if i like the load ,and ever draw again, might use it on elk . not oppossed to using a standard bullet either if any one has a favorite .

67 of R17 is what I've used with the 150/155's

If you are looking for some great speeds along with good hunting accuracy, I have found RL17 to be just the ticket for my 300 WSM.

Start lower than what I show below and work up as my rifle can exceed most listed maximums by a small margin before showing signs of pressure.

69.3 gr RL17; 155 VLD @ 3234 fps; 16.5" tubed Ruger Frontier compact. Add roughly 4.5% to 5% in velocity for a 24" barrel. If your rifle can go the 69.3 gr then you should expect speeds from around 3375 to 3400 fps and possibly exceeding 3400 fps with a 150 gr bullet from a 24" barrel.

I'm running 150gr. Accubond over 66gr. H4350 .025 off the lands. First 4 rounds always go under a inch. Always POA even from a clean bore.

Want To Buy;
Form die for a 7mm Mashburn Super.
.284 Hornady AMax 162gr.
.224 Hornady AMax 75gr.
22-250 bushing die
Bushing die that will work with the 7mm Mashburn Super
A couple Glock 42 380ACP mags

iirc, 65 grains of imr4350 under a 150 tsx gave me around 3300 fps. I'll have to go look it up to be sure tho.
I also use imr4064 in another one.

67.5 of W760 under a 150 NP does 3375 fps in my Montana .300 WSM with great accuracy. It's a stiff load so work up to it.

67.0 grains of Reloder 17 shot 150 accubonds just over 1/2" inch for me at 100 with WW cases and WLR primers out of a FN Model 70 Extreme Weather. Probably all I needed for Alabama deer but I bought my .300 WSM to shoot 180's or heavier out of and settled on a 180 SST for deer.
