Have been looking for a back pack that would fit me for quite a while... I am a very large person, and have had little luck til i was given the name of Bison Gear...
A quick search of the backpack hunting forum came up zilch...
anyone here have experience with this stuff???

I think they will custom make a pack. I had some questions once and just called them up and they were very responsive. It is a small operation and have pride in what they make. These are good packs for lighter loads, I have hauled a whole boned out deer, but there are better packs if you are going to haul large loads on a regular basis.

I doubt there are too many folks here more rotund than I. I hadn't heard of Bison Gear until it was mentioned in your other post. That said, my Kifaru fits me with some room to spare. They make packs small enough for day hunts or big enough for weeklong excursions. Just another thought...

i spoke with kifaru a year ago or more and they said with my torso length and shoulder size, that they really had nothing suitable...
