I have a 7mm Rem Mag Interarms Howa 1500. Its in excellent condition with a few small safe marks. Gun is pretty much in unfired condition and in excellent shape for its age. They don't make them like this anymore. Stock has very nice checkering and grip cap to compliment the beautiful wood grain. Barrel is 23 1/2". Gun is marked "Howa 1500" with INTERARMS Alexandria VA below it on left side of receiver. This was made prior to Legacy's involvement with Howa. Gun turns consistent sub MOA groups with most 1/2" and a little better. The pic below was shot at 150yds yesterday with a 154gr handload. Looks just like a Weatherby Mark V. I am selling to fund a new project, but am gonna hate to see this "shooter" go. You definitely wont find one nicer for this price, and would be pressed to find one in rough shape for same. If you buy the complete set up, all you need to do is take it to the range and fine tune for your selected ammo. I will throw in a bag of once fired brass if you want the combo. (40-50 pcs) $380.00 without scope (includes bases) $450.00 with Tasco 6-24 Target, Rings, and Bases Prices are shipped to your FFL from individual.
If I had the extra money, I'd take it. I have been looking for an older Howa like that since my uncle died. He had one a lot rougher than that in .308, and killed hundreds of deer with it. His grandson that does not hunt got it, and no clue where it is now.
