Sunday bump. I would add that even though the stock has quite a few scratches in the paint, it does not look like it has been used hard. I think most of it was done after the stock was taken off the action (previous owner said he'd been packing it around with his gun stuff for a few years). If you could match the paint color (dark gray), it could easily be touched up and look great. Offers will be considered, but honestly, to get a stock of this quality and this light, you would have to get something like a Macmillan Edge or a Bansner High Tech. Thanks for looking, Steve

Any idea on LOP? Sorry if I missed it.

It looks like about the standard 13 1/2 to 13 5/8 in LOP. For a reference, it measures 12 1/2 inches from the center of the rear action screw hole to the end of the recoil pad, measuring straight back parallel with the comb. I'm also not sure if the barrel channel is for a standard or magnum contour but would be glad to take some measurements. Thanks for the interest, Steve

I'd like to add a couple more points to my ad. First, since I don't have alot of first hand knowledge about the Howa actions and any variations there may have been over the years, if this stock doesn't fit your barreled action or for any other reason you aren't satisfied, ship it back in unaltered condition and I'll refund your money. Second, if you have any interest in this stock I would encourage you to visit Brown's website. Lots of information there and you will see that this is priced about half of new retail (and that's assuming that it isn't Kevlar). One thing I'll say for Brown, they're definitely proud of their products and services-and charge accordingly! Steve
