I think the yote season has been closed during the gun season since I've been going to hunt in WI which would be about 1996.
Are you out for a tag or is there still a chance you get one? I didn't even apply Tom. If I had been lucky enough to draw a tag it would have set me back $99. Odds of bagging a wolf are too slim for the investment.

I applied. It was $4. I've only seen a few wolves while actually hunting, but one of my hunting areas has them present for sure, so ya never know.

Kendra says not today, her guess is next week sometime. I told her that I'm hunting saturday regardless! (archery opener) she was ok with it.

Happy Birthday BM.
Dad had the Steriotactic radiation on his brain today. It took about 2 hours. He said it wasn't too bad but the specially made mask he had to wear was very tight. Not sure of the doctors exact words when he asked dad "if he wanted to finish the last part on Friday or if he wanted to finish it today", and dad chose to get it all done today. It was pretty cool though what he said to dad. He has been feeling real good lately.
I lost a classmate of mine to her battle with cancer today. Her attltude and faith through everything was very inspirational. Prayers go out to her husband (who I also graduated with) and their 5 children.
I am out of order until further notice. My "stupid people" filter needs cleaning and my "give a damn" batteries have run out.

Great news about Dusty. Condolences on the loss of your friend, Missy.
Found out Friday at the grand reunion that one of my old drinking buddies had passed last Wednesday at his home in SC.
Happy belated BD, BM.
Carpet and tile are in. I get to move all the furniture back in today. Thankfully, I'll have help.
