After what seems like forever I finally own an 1899A in 30-30,and a TD model to boot. Been wanting company for my B in 32-40 and my C in 38-55... Pics when it shows up!! Happy I passed on the beater A in 25-35 I saw at the last gun show I was at...course at $750 it wasn't hard to pass on... A shootin iron is a tool used for shootin much like a branding iron is a tool used for branding

She's no beauty queen,but she's all original, the action and TD are tight and the bore cleaned up pretty good. The wood has a few beauty marks but chrome don't get me home!
