No. What's that got to do with it? Either you take the Bible in it's entirety, or you choose little pieces of it when they fit your agenda. I try to do the former, because I believe the message of salvation as presented as a whole. Those who try to apply the Law of Moses to Christians (or those who might become Christians) are trying to do the latter. It's like reading a 500-page novel but stopping at page 300, and thinking you know how the story ends. No - worse. It's like reading the whole thing, but deciding the ending isn't to your liking, then picking the parts you do like or that are easier to remember - and then retelling the story in your own fashion.
I don't have or generally like tattoos. I think they are a silly waste of money for a lot of those who get them. But I don't see where having one automatically damns you to hell.
