In Jan I would like to trade my M700 338.06 for a rebarrel job on my M700 MR in 260 Rem
338/06 is a real shooter with 225 Hornadys
.7 inch groups are common over IMR 4350.
The only other bullet I tried were some 185 BTs I got on here. They shot Ok but really didnt impress me for accuracy ( MOA or so).
It has a blued reciever and stainless bbl-- Composite stock ( not mcmillian)that was glass bedded when I bought it from Tominboise a few years back-- limbsaver pad and LOP 13-1/4 real good meat gun--- PICS ON REQUEST
The 260 I would like to rebarrel to 7-08 Imp -- BBl countour slightly larger than mountain rifle contour in bead blasted SS ---make of bbl open for discussion
This all must wait till Jan because she is one of my go to rifles fo woods hunting in TN
I will entertain offers to sell out right if this
dont work
