LSU won but couldn't cover a 2.5 point spread lol. At least LSU moved the ball tonight and got some 3rd down conversions which is 100x better than the last two weeks. Now if we could only get a redzone offense we might be onto something....not holding my breath.

I was going to eat dinner and then listen to the game on the radio as I prepped brass in the shop. But I started watching it on TV while I ate my steak and I stayed glued to the set for the whole game.

LSU racked up a ton of yards between the 20s, but not being able to stick it in when you've got first and goal...twice....is pretty troubling.
defense played great again, though.

USC 25 carries for 34 yards compared to LSU 258 yards on the ground.
211 yards for USC and 406 for LSU total.
LSU was 11/19 on 3rd downs which is light years ahead of the last 2 games.
LSU's time of posession was almost a full quarter more than Carolina. If LSU could have scored in the redzone the score would have looked a lot better.
