Well, you guys were not kidding. This is good stuff. Just fried a piece quick in a pan with pepper, garlic, and a little Johnny's. It's as good as any pork loin I have ever had.

I am thinking I will try some breakfast sausage too.

I was blown away with how much meat I got off mine, more than an antelope for sure.

Hey man I live in Kalispell you don't need to be eating cats, There are lots of deer ,elk and groceries stores close by. You don't want these tree huggers to start to think that if one guy eats them, we all should and make it law... LoL Great job though on the kill !

My buddy shot a cat by my house last year. I read the meat was very tasty.
