Good Luck they are a little rare! I have one but it would have to be a pretty darn good offer for me to sell it.

I bought it from Drover with 30 rounds down the tube and have put 24 through it now so we have a total round count of 54! As for the age you may want to ask Drover if he knows. I will check the box he sent it in. Otherwise will the serial number help us determine that?

Thanks,
Mike

I bought it in April 2012 from Cabelas.

223 Rem, my favorite cartridge - you can't argue with truckloads of dead PD's and gophers.

I called Beretta a couple months ago about the stainless T3 Lite in 204 Ruger. The company rep told me that the do not regularly import the rifles in 204 Ruger. He said if they get an order for 500 or more riles (in 204 Ruger), they will import them (he also saide he did not know how many Cabelas had shipped to them). I believe there is a T3 in 204 that has been on GB for several weeks now. Although not a T3 Lite, Europtic has the T3 stainless varmint on sale right now. As for me, I ended up getting a NIB Ruger Ultralight (now discontinued) Stainless Hawkeye in 204 Ruger and am very happy. It is really light and is a sub MOA shooter. Eventually, some distributor may end up placing an order for 500. The gun I am more interested in getting would be a T3 Lite (stainless) in 222 Remington.

The problem with getting some of the Tikka and Sako guns (calibers and configurations) is NOT that of Tikka, Sako or BerettaUSA. Both understand the demand. It's the Italian, "shotgun minded", family that controls the business. None of the Beretta family want to admit that they are behind the power curve when it comes to importing guns into the USA. On the hand, they can adhere to that mindset because they are selling pretty much everything they can make to the European countries - especially the former Soviet block countries.
As mentioned, it takes an order on the magnitude of 500 guns - per caliber, and per configuration - to get them on there way to our shores. Cabela's, and a few others (EuroOptic and Kjergard's) have the 'horsepower' - moreover finances - to make this happen.

I never thought I'd grow up to be a grumpy old man, but I did, and I'm killin' it.
