There were about ninety-six polls in thirty-one states over the last week, but only Wisconsin changed status on the final Electoral College map, shifting from toss up to lean Obama. Barack Obama has 184 total safe Electoral College votes with four states (47 EC votes) leaning in his favor, and Mitt Romney has 180 safe EC votes with two states (26 EC votes) leaning his way. There are still eight toss up states (101 EC votes) the day before the election, with the numbers in Ohio, Nevada, Colorado, Michigan, Virginia, and New Hampshire unchanged from the previous week.

The "L" shaped "republic" is interesting based on that map. I notice that the red states are the states that generally make federal republic work.

It will come down to who has the better ground game getting out the vote.

I feel embarassed and ashamed every time I look at Washington on one of those maps. Lord forgive me, but I'm going to move to the eastern part of the state and pray for a faultline adjustment on the left coast all the way down to Mexico.

Rove predicts a Romney win.

If a state is a toss-up and within the margin of error, the pollsters can only surmise based upon their analysis of the internals. They also have to protect their reputations as pollsters.

If Romney wins Ohio,it's a easy call but if Obama wins Ohio, too many variables come into play and a Obama or Romney landslide isn't in the picture. Romney has to have Ohio for that prediction to come to fruition.

This isn't Rove's final electoral map. He will be releasing the final map tonight.

Rasmussen shows it 49% Romney 48% Nobama

Clearly, 48% of the polled voters need to be shot in the head.

Nice map. Makes it easy to see where all the dumbasses live.

Republican voters are busy working and are intelligent enough to not answer phone calls from telemarketers.

Libtards on the other hand, are thrilled if anyone calls.

The Redskins factor predicts a Romney win. It's 94% accurate starting with 1940. The two Colorado profs who are accurate with their model back to 1980, predict a Romney win. That one is 100% accurate.

The Redskin Rule has been right 17 times out of 18. That's better than 94%,isn't it?

Well for the sake of the Republicans I hope you are right.

I would hate to hear that hundreds of Fire members slit their wrist on November 7.
