I have my dads 94 no butt stock , 43xxx serial no .. been badly re-blued, cal.30-30 is it worth the trouble to fix up, need some help here..

I guess if it were me and I had dads old gun I would try and get it back to working condition. If not to hunt with then for sentimental reasons.

You should be able to find a replacement buttstock fairly inexpensively. How's the bore? Any issues with the mechanical function? Did your Dad hunt it much?

If it were mine, I'd fix it up. I would reblue, as that is simple. I'd put a new buttstock on it, also simple. If the barrel is shot, then I'd reline or rebore it, but that is not so simple.
If you decide to unload it, I might be interested.
Save an elk, shoot a cow.
