I had these on my 7.62x39 carbine for a short period of time, then switched to a 30mm scope.
They are in flawless condition, matte finish, and best I can tell they are somewhere between the description of medium and high height listed on their website.

From the top of the rail where they meet the receiver to the bottom of the 1" ID for the scope is .545" on these. So, add .5" for the centerline of your scope and it will be .945" off the top of the receiver.
Worked and looked perfect with generous bolt clearance with my Leupold 4x.
