I have 2 Browning Stainless Stalkers that I am looking to trade in for something else. First is a Stainless Stalker 1 in 300wm with an aftermarket muzzle break. Everything else is factory. I bought it a couple years ago and it used to shoot really good, I havent had it out it a while. It used to shoot about 1/2 moa with 165 sgk and 168 smk. I would say it is about 85-95%. A couple light scratchs and the stocks on these guns get a little greyish tint to them, maybe oxidation? Also has leupold bases and rings. Has a silver Weaver Grandslam 4.5-14 scope.
Looking for $450 for the gun shipped plus 250 if you want the scope.

Second is a Browning Stainless Stalker II in 338wm with the boss system. This gun also shoots pretty good with 250 hornday's, I would say 1/2-3/4 moa. My wife killed an elk at 450 yards with it, last year with 2 shots right in the boiler room. This one has a Limbsaver recoilpad on it. Has the same white/grey tint to the stock. Comes with leupold bases and weaver rings. $500 shipped It has a Vari-x III on it, when I had it in leupold rings it slide in the rings and left a huge scratch down the side of the scope. If you want the scope we can talk about a price. I bought them both used a couple years ago. Open to trades and offer, really wanting a custom action or a new 1911

Is the .338 a Stainless Stalker I or II ?

His 338 is a II, says it in the first sentence.

Would you be interested in some kind of trade; the 338 for a STI spartan 45 with about a box of shells through it.
