A buddy and I are looking into booking an aoudad hunt for 2013. I'd like to get some ideas on which outfitters to talk to and which ones to avoid. I don't want to trash anyone on the forum, so if you have some info on who to avoid, PM me. We are looking for free range animals, with a good chance of getting a trophy ram. I've searched the forums and have some ideas already, but first hand reviews would really be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Bubba Glosson and Toby Joe Truby come to mind first and I have an old friend named Clint Beckham that's offering free range aoudad hunts at really reasonable prices.

PM Toby here on 24HCF

NM has a draw for them for next year. Texas has some public access. Once you decide come back and let us know how it went. I drew and am going to try and find one in NM. If I strike out may try Texas next year.

No doubt you need to hunt with U Lazy S Ranch around Post Texas. In one day, Jay Lott the owner and guide Mark Fullingham scored on 2 super trophies. If you need pics and more info, let me know. They do have a website so all info should be there. My 2 friends Aoudads are there in the gallery section. You can't go wrong.

When Ronald Reagan was president, we had Bob Hope and Johnny Cash.
Now that Barack Obama is president, we have NO hope and NO cash.
