I had to laugh the other night, Scott had just come home from selling his 357 mag. Smith & Wesson to his cousin. He sold it for $450, and he paid him with a box full of quarters.
I am out of order until further notice. My "stupid people" filter needs cleaning and my "give a damn" batteries have run out.

Better than a sock full of nickles I guess? I keep all my change in a gallon jug for a rainy day. It's almost full, I should see how much money is in that sucker. Mini-man thinks I should buy a hot rod with it. It's not THAT full.

Some of those quarters may be worth $4 each just in silver content. Don't be hasty in getting rid of them!

I'm going to have to check that out. Keep in mind I am a total game-cam noob and have nothing to compare it to, but it does everything it says it should, and it is easy to use and set up.

The Troof cam 35's are $79 at Cabela's and I got the 46 for $139. Those are not refurbs. The refurbs sounds like they're cheaper.

I just went and looked again and you can get the Troof Cam 60 7.0mp refurb for $84.99 for one and $79.99 for two. They are $179.99 at regular price. What the HECK?! In the 5 minutes I was on the natchez site looking around, the cameras went up in price and now say they are sold out and will not be available in the future. So disregard the prices I listed I guess. They just changed and are no longer available. *EDIT AGAIN* I was looking at the regular cameras not the refurbs. Carry on. Prices are the same as I listed and are in stock.

how much was it? I've been using the wildgame innovations ones and have had good luck Refurb 46 with warranty for 65 bucks. I wanted to try one out without investing too much cash, and it seemed better to go with a "nice" refurb instead of a new one at that price-point.

Uncle Gene update:
He had surgery yesterday to fuse the vertebrae in his neck and open up the area around his spinal cord between the shoulder blades. The surgeon said the surgery went very well and was a complete success!
Now he is able to sit up in bed at least and they can start working on movement and PT excercises. He moved his left arm a few inches today so that is a real good sign. He is sharp as a tack but still has it in his head that he's going home this afternoon now that the surgery is over. I wish that could be the case but I think it will be awhile before he can leave the hospital. He is still in the ICU.
Thank you all for your kind words and thoughts and prayers and keep them going for a full recovery!

Yep, knee mail sent from Alexandria routinely as well for Uncle Gene.

Thanks for the Uncle Gene update. I'm betting for a man like him to be cooped up in the hospital, is far worse than any injury he'll ever get. I know the type.
He's climbing the walls I'm sure.
More prayers and well wishes for ya Gene.

I was in and had an MRI and they found a small spot by my tail bone. They do not know if it is cancer or not. I am starting radiation for that on Tuesday. Other than that everything is really really good. Fish house is prit-near ready!
