We kinda went all out today in the station. Baked Ham and Roast Turkey, green bean casserole, mac and cheese, stuffing mashed potatoes, clam dip, collards, N gravy etc. with a slew of deserts We had 26 all total including families.

Lunch at Grandpa's house was Baked chicken with mashed potatoes, homemade noodles, oyster stew and brandy slush.
Kolache for desert of course.

Did our big dinner last Sunday (only time kids/grandkids available) so low-key yesterday. I did take the ham bone out and made a big pot of beans/ham for gram and myself. Was actually kind of nice not having any pressure.

Home grown boned out lamb, home grown boned out pork both rottiserated on the BBQ home grown and curred ham, spuds 10 minutes out of the garden, fresh wild crayfish (lobters to you guys I suppose) fresh wild Paua (Abalony?) Venison Eye fillet (Red Deer)and plenty of excellent salads, pudding and Perroni.
AAAND 33 degrees celcius
