I do as well......
I've chosen the 180 TSX for my 300 WSM's for use on bull elk and have used it every year since first introduced. I have been approx. 85% successful during those years and have yet to recover one of those TSX's.
Besides their amazing terminal effectiveness and accuracy potential, the minimal (if any) blood shot meat loss is both amazing and much appreciated............less work scraping out large plate sized, jellied bloody areas and more meat in the freezer is never a bad thing.
YMMV.......

Those solids sure do look like they do a fine job. You don't hear much about the Nosler E-tips. Anybody pushing them? I wonder if they can preform as well.

A 225 gr TSX 35 Whelen from a moose. A 200 gr TTSX 358 Win from a warthog.

There's just none better, at least in that application.
A good principle to guide me through life: “This is all I have come to expect, standard lackluster performance. Trust nothing, believe no one and realize it will only get worse…”

Great looking projectile. Glad to hear it brought the game home for you.
I've had good luck with Barnes bullets, mostly the 110 grain TTSX in 277" fired out of a .270 WSM.
I imagine you'll be loading more of them for your hunting needs?

I shoot the 168 ttsx out of my 300saum. I have yet to recover a single one of them but I have only shot deer and my buddy and I both shot mountain goats with them. Everything went down in a hurry.
