Has anyone seen the two 1895 commemoratives that are posted on gunbroker? Both are starting around $600. They got a lot of flash, if you like that kinda thing. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" />

fair warning, there are some on this forum that take a dim view of those rifles........
They don't have the quality of the early rifles, and don't garner much interest. If you like em buy one (or both),and be happy.

That's one of our friendly gun stores here in Houston.

Most of their prices are pretty comical...

I think he was hittin' the crack pipe real early when he posted that, I might go 600 on that tops, and thats just because they were released the same year I was born, It would definitely be a shooter. Les

I recently purchased one of the 1895 "Gold Rats", but it was nowhere near the asinine price of the one linked above... Or even $600.

I paid $375 in 98%. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif" alt="" /> A shooter for sure.

Hey guy's, I didn't mean to get your dander up. Just darned hard to laugh on this computer loud enough for you to hear it when I mentioned the flashy guns.

I'll stick with the good o'l 99 myself. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

This time I'm not gonna mention what the Commemorative means to me cause most people here know how I feel about these cheap 1895 knock-offs. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Their prices are high on everything -- but they have an IMPRESSIVE collection of firearms...

And from what I hear - they'll bring the prices down pretty quick if you have cash on hand...

To be determined, on both counts. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I kind of like my NIB never fired commerative. Looks damn good in the safe or laying on the carpet with 22 other nice 99's. Let us have a little more reverance here.
