No offense, this is an exercise in futility.
The whitehouse.gov petitions are a joke on the populace. Obama and company doesn't give them a second look. The message will be lost there...
Also, you can't make a law Consitutional or Unconsitutional. Either the law is, or it isn't.
Clearly, the over reach of NY's new law IS Unconstitutional...
Even if it's decided not to be, it's despotic and tyrannical. The Founders left a road map on how to address such matters...

If everyone had that attitude pretty soon bow & arrow and even fish hooks will become a distant memory too. The liberals/antis have a huge agenda, and they know the secret is to chip away at it piece at a time.

I know that not everyone on this forum likes the NRA but politicians respect numbers (except the big zero in the white house because he isn't running again) and the NRA has more members than any other pro-gun organization.
