Jane Corwin, Erie Niagara and Orleans counties rep is on our side.....She got the bill at midnight last night, calling it legislation in the dark. She is calling out her own colleagues for being disfunctional! good on her....
my son was doing a science project on whales and he asked "whats a blow-hole for" and i said "I'll tell you what it's not for, and when I do, you'll understanded why I'm banned for life from Sea World"!

Class action law suit filed in NYS supreme court hours after the new "laws" were passed. heres the info for all my NY friends Lawyer : Jim Tresmond, Attorney in Buffalo, New York. Attorney phone is 716.202.4301 Successfully represented clients in the past on Second Amendment issues in NYS Supreme Court. This case is pro-bono for all the gun owners of New York. According to Mr. Tresmond the new ban is illegal as it is an ex-facto law taking away previously owned property and he intends to file this action in Federal Court. ... ... I believe so. The law only takes property away from NY residents.
Although, I am thinking that there HAS to be a Commerce Clause offense with the banning of sales across borders....
