Why do these things come up right after I deplete my fun account Mannlicher Schoenauer 1961 30-06
EVERYBODY is pro-gun, some just don't know it. When an anti-gun person is in trouble, the first thing they do is call 911 and demand that they send somebody with a gun!

Are those holes on top of the receiver ring non-factory?

I'm pretty sure the latter ones like this were drilled like that, but I'm no expert. (It isn't mine), and won't go for 600.00 I'm sure, but they usually start out at twice that, alot of times in worse condition.

Oh, is that ever sweet!  That rifle is not messed up either. I don't like the ones with side mounts and that one never had one. I wonder how high $$$$ it will go? There are neat mounts that will fit that rifle as it is now. Even the guard screws are straight and not messed up! The one I have weighs 8 1/2 lbs with a 4X.
